Yoga: is an ancient spiritual practices originating in India. As a general term in Hinduism it has been defined as referring to "disciplines of asceticism and meditation which are thought to lead to spiritual experience and profound understanding or insight into the nature of existence".

Considering these factors, Metro road systems Organized a small yoga class for its employees on the 11th of the august at Hari Nagar sports complex, and to the amazement of all we had a good time doing those aasans,though some of them made us sweat but all in all it was a good learing experience and a class to remember.
